Delivery & Returns
We offer free kerbside delivery on most orders over £500 – quick, convenient and you can even choose a delivery day that suits you. Need it urgently? We can deliver the very next day if ordered before 2pm!
If your order is under £500, delivery is £15 for lighter parcel orders (under 18kg) and £36 for heavier pallet orders.
Most orders arrive in just two working days.
A few remote areas, like the Scottish Highlands or Channel Islands, may have extra charges – but we’ll always let you know before you check out.
Returns
We’re confident you’ll love your new purchases – but if things don’t work out, our 100-day returns policy gives you plenty of time to change your mind.
You can return your full order for a refund anytime within 100 days of delivery, as long as everything is unused and in its original packaging.
Just so you know – we can only accept full returns. If your order includes tiles, we’re not able to take back part-orders or leftover boxes.
How to Order
Ordering these tiles from Tilezone couldn’t be easier. Simply enter how many square metres you’ll need and we’ll tell you how many boxes are required to cover this area. We’ll always round this up to the nearest full box.
As a rule of thumb, we recommend adding 10% extra onto your order, to cover any waste, cuts and breakages.
