Around 95% of orders are delivered on a pallet and placed at the nearest accessible location (kerbside delivery). The driver will not unpack or break down items on the pallet.

Please note: if there are obstacles such as steps, lifts, gravel or uneven driveways, delivery may be made to the closest safe point to the vehicle.

  • Deliveries take place Monday to Friday between 7:00am and 6:00pm
  • For health and safety reasons, drivers cannot carry goods into your property
